Privacy Policy
SaleScheduler is operated by B4SED Ltd. The app schedules Shopify base price and compare-at changes and stores only the data needed to perform, monitor, and verify those changes.
Data collected
- Shop domain and Shopify offline access token.
- Sale configuration: Target, wall-clock times, timezone, transformation, compare-at policy, End Policy, and status.
- Product and variant IDs, SKU, price, compare-at price, currency, timestamps, rollout status, and Recovery File metadata.
- Support messages submitted through the embedded app.
Data not collected
SaleScheduler does not request customer scopes and does not collect customer names, emails, addresses, order contents, payment data, costs, or margins.
How data is used
We use the stored data to schedule and apply price changes, create Snapshots and Recovery Files, monitor rollout and Revert progress, detect Drift, restore prices, enforce plan limits, and answer merchant support requests.
Storage and retention
App data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Snapshot rows are retained for at least 90 days after a Sale so verified rollback and merchant support remain possible. Recovery Files are written to the merchant's own Shopify Files and may remain there after uninstall.
Service providers
SaleScheduler uses Shopify to provide the app and billing, Cloudflare for application hosting and database storage, and may use Resend to deliver operational and support email. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
Deletion
App uninstall and Shopify shop/redact webhooks delete shop-scoped app data from our database. Recovery Files in Shopify Files belong to the shop and can be deleted by the merchant in Shopify Admin.
Your choices
You can uninstall SaleScheduler to stop further processing, remove Recovery Files from Shopify Admin, and contact us to ask about the data associated with your shop.
